london:

shopping was great! primark things was exceptionally cheap, but not to say that the quality was very good luh..just so-so. and i finally bought my telephone booth pencil case! was rly satisfied even tho its not very cheap. astor hyde park-whr we stayed-was really nice. because all of us could stay together and there were lights from outside. There was free wifi there n samuel was happy! sightseeing was not bad too, but cus it was more of a city area, there wasnt much fascinating stuffs. I just love the shopping there!

bath: 

went to roman bath! when we reached it was raining. too bad I dont have umbrellas so have to walk in the rain to our hostel at YMCA. It was cui!! seriously there werent proper bedsheets and we have to look around find them and put them in ourselves. And the room was kinda dirty, not to mention the toilets!!
The roman bath was nice! really kinda an ancient place. the water was interesting. Went to touch abit even though they warned that it was untreated :) supposed to be really warm water but apparently it was very cold. 
then we went for this bizarre bath show at night. nice comedy even though some parts were very british and i cldnt understand :( all in all its a nice n ancient place :)

cardiff:

a really quiet city!! was super quiet and there was practically less than 10 people on the streets at night! we had our dinner at "burgers"! the 4 of us girls shared a family meal :) kinda like it when its only the girls! went to a pub after that. drank abit n played games :) was a reall nice night though.
went cardiff castle the next day. perhaps its the first castle we saw and went to, it was really nice :) took alot of random but nice pictures in there. The background was great :)

manchester:

checked in to hostel at hilton chambers. it was not bad. we had our own toilets :) and all of us stayed together :) manchester was quite haps. hanxiang n ie zhi went pubcrawl and made some german friends who came into our room the middle of the night and was chased out by sirui. quite funny but kinda irritating tho!!
went to old trafford, whr the man u fans will go crazy at. There were super alot of man utd stuff and we could go into the changing rooms and stadium to check out the stuff :) cool place.
Then went shopping at market street the day after, not too bad...got 2 turtle necks at marks n spencer :) then at night went to watch the comedy show. there were about 5 stand-up comedians. totally thought of reuben! but they were quite funny. some had links in the stuff they talk about. some were just random! and as usual cant rly understand some..
went to visit the library the next day! then left manchester!

york:

quite an ancient place too. went for some ghost tour the first day cus we ge kiang. ok luh, not that scary but the hostel was! kinda eerie. then the next day we went to some vikings museum! nice cus we din have to walk!! just sit on some roller coaster lookalike thingy and hear them talk :) then went to york dungeon after that. nice!! i thought it was worth the money :) kinda scary initially, but there was alot of audience participation that it became scary n funny. the setup was fantastic :) too bad cant take pictures! then walk ard to take pictures aft that befor we finally leave for edinburgh!

edinburgh:

the hostel was nice!smartcity hostel! really happening and there was a pub below. it was edinburgh fringe festival and there were alot of street performance. The whole city was crowded and haps! we went for a free city tour-went to visit the harry potter stuff, hogwarts, whr the writer got his inspiration, etc., and after that was just slack around and watch the street performance. There was this guy whom we all thought was great. too bad there werent very good audiences. one guy was pissing him off. was totally just insulting him as he did his stunts. we thought there'll be a fight aft that. but luckily they kept their cool :) wanted to eat at some pub, but sadly they needed to check all our passports which was quite ridiculous cus they rejected our international ID cards -.- and since not all of us brought it we were denied entry. next day we just flew to dublin :) nice cloudy ride..

dublin(ireland):

reached avalon house but cldnt check in! our booked tour to new grange din come. quite sad that we missed it. went for some free tour instead and it was boring! after that we were too tired. so just went back to hostel, check in and slack there. The guys went pub crawl but we girls just played table tennis, slack n watch movie and went to sleep quite early. I watched avatar throughout the 3 days before I sleep. I really like the hostel cus there was this semi transparent window and light could still come in even after we off the lights so its not completely dark :)

the next day we had a tour to wicklow and glendalough! nice and we visited many natural sights! there was this cliff thingy which we thought was quite dangerous. the guys went all the way to the edge! and it was rather slippery..had homecooked tomato soup for lunch, not too bad. though there was suppose to be beef inside..went to 2 very nice lakes after that. rly good! walked v fast cus of the the time constraints..din regret paying, it was rly nice!!

cliffs of moher! we had a day tour to the cliffs the next day. it was breathtaking! really nice n surreal. sad to say that there were people who fell off the cliffs, whether intentionally or not but i believe its mostly the latter. walked to the forbidden area w samuel. scary shit but kinda adventurous! :)there were really some parts that was really dangerous. cus there were alot of flies, so we tend to run abit. and at some point the land just slope downwards. and there was no blockage watsoever cus its a forbidden area. lucky i stopped in time! really scary..this is the kind of place that i'll only want to go once. and it smells of cow dung over there. 

left to go back to london the next day. and took easyjet up to copenhagen. nice n efficient airport service :) cus our flight was delayed n we were afraid we'll miss the bus to sweden. took the bus in time, reach sweden at 140am, and had a miserable night at the bus terminal from 2am to 5am when we were trapped outside the bus terminal and it was cold n raining n dark n everything else was closed even the hotel! then at 5 we went into the bus terminal, happiest day of our lives srsly! we had some warmth, tho still no toilet/water. then we finally walked to the nearest hotel to get some change to go toilet. we met this nice receptionist who was adopted from korea. She gave us free bread n coffee n tea :) and told us some stuff about jonkoping..really friendly and great hospitality :) 

and sweden is rly cold!!!!!!!

when i see my wall pic i think of the song 'paper planes' like a freedom song, from slumdog millionaire. hahaa

revised phy today and i realised i forgot many things alr! but it slowly come back bit by bit. haha. last week karen went biz camp. and so..mon i went jovelyn's hhouse to gym and swim! and we kind talk alot. we wanted to run to chinese garden near lakeside there but we ended up watching 'he's just not that into u' and nua there while we wait for our food to digest. then finally. we went to gym to run for about 20 mins. i ran for 15 to be exact. haha. then we went down to swim. a FEW laps. hahaha!

tues went raechelle's house to play wiii but as usual we end up talking bout crescent life. haha. aft that met jill and we went shopping at vivo!! i bought a dress and she bout a dress and a top. spent super long there trying and to decide what to wear. wed met dennis and ruth and we went vivo to walk again but this time it was ruth who bought a dress! and then we finally sat down and talk again at the stands. it was a talkalot 3 days.

karen came back from camp on wed midnight. cus nus had ppl who kena h1n1 so they had to break camp earlier. so thurs we practically nua at home. fri we went to meet dennis and ruth to eat popeyes! eewen ponned work cus of some girl's reason and she hanged out too! went to watch dragonboat race at marina barrage. haha! saw roy. and a bunch of ac people. hanged around then we finally returned home. to be exact, eewen and i returned home.

sat darren came over, we chill awhile wanted to watch movie but then ended up not knowing whether to go swim or not. but we din in the end. bathed and went out alr, had dinner with his family and we went off on our own afterwards. saw fireworks!! cus it was the ndp rehearsal or smthng. sunday was ming gor's baby claris's one month! darren came along too and we hanged out with my cousins. and because joyce and sean hava exam on the next day, most of us left earlier and darren and i went queensway to shop! bout like fbts and singlets which i din know exist!

tmr's mum's birthday. drew 2 birthday cards, one for her wallet and one for her office table(for parents to tell their colleagues 'this is from my daughters!!'). haha. i wna watch my sister's keeper!

IM BACK FROM TAIWAN 7 days ago!!!!!!

but anyway, the trip was super exciting even though karen and yixuan already blogged about almost the whole thing but let me say it all over again.

day one was quite sian but it was quite nice cus we arrived at night and yixuan and christina's flight was delayed. butbut! the hotel was super cosy! a four person room!! and we were quite happy when we arrived in ximending cus we realised our hotel was smacked right in the middle of the whole shopping area! hehehe. and so we went down to have our dinner at around 9plus ten when they were closing and the waiter looked quite cross according to yixuan who claims he has a fierce voice haha! then had a good night sleep.

and yangmingshan the next day! man we climbed and walked until our legs hurt man. in slippers and shorts we walked in the super cold weather! and we met 2 singaporean couple who joined us. funniest thing was we went up a small shuttle to find that none of us knew where we were going cus we had to tell the bus uncle if we want to stop. so non of us told him anything and he just drove all the way! u know why! cus it was all singaporeans in the bus!!! haha! until some malaysians came up and finally we know whats happening. the view was great we took super alot of photos and some videos all in FACEBOOK!

and we wanted to go danshui and fisherman's wharf after that but we din have enough time cus we din want to rush everything, so we walked and walked again to beitou hot spring! seen almost all the hot springs hotel before finally deciding to go to the most ex one cus we thought it'll be safer with all the influenza and stuff. hoho. 36 per pax! for a room for 2 hours! haha. so we enjjoyed ourselves and requested for some kimono bath robes and there were free gifts and we took lotsa photos in there!

went to shilin night market thereafter and shop but we thought we shld spend more money in wufenpu so we din shop much.

went wufenpu the next day and our hands and legs were so tired!! bought like a huge plastic bag of things cus alot of things squeeze in one small bag (: wah shiok! spend alot but very happy cus all the things very nice.

and finally last day we shop at the shop beside our hotel and bought super alot of things also spent like a thousand plus NT. and afterwhich we went to danshui finally and fisherman's wharf. nice day.nice view!

yes and finally kenting!!!! took like 4 hours of train and 2 hours of van ride to finally reach our ming shu feeling kinda sian cus christina went home and suddenly hooliday one person left got that abit sian feeling. but the next day was soooooo fun! lao ma(ladyy boss) recommend us his driver friend and he fetched us to the lighthouse place which was super cool cus we were adventurous and went into a small hole we saw that leads to the beach!! scenic place. and afterwhich we went to nan wan(beach) and played like 4 water activities. sat on the motorboat, took banana boat and 2 others which i dunno what its called but it was very fun and we got to know 2 new friends from taoyuan taiwan! hahah

met 3 more friends after that at night they just cycled 248745782547metres to reach the ming shu and lao ma ask them to fetch us for sightseeing around kenting! yep and they did that and it was fun cus we finally found a direction. haha. that night we cook popcorns and egg using natural fire from natural gas from the ground!! spectacular sight at night and we played with sparklers. at night we played some card games and karen kept losing and yixuan's and my luck was okay. haha

the next day they rent a motorbike and fetch us to the beach, where they swim and we emo on the beach about life. haha! yixuan karen and i had a good chat. then they fetch us to the hot springs while they go eat lamb hotpot. heard from the guy who fetched me the hotpot was so nice that the other guy sent 2 back home to taipei, so i asked if we could send to sg and he din reply. hahaha!

that night we din want to disturb the guys alr cus they were really tired so we went out to see the stars on our own. lao ma was worried about us so she cycled out in the middle of the night to accompany us and she brought us to a place with more stars and soon we were seeing stars! had a good night sleep before we finally took a gao tie back to taipei, with the 3 guys cus they stay in taipei too. fun chatting and joking around with them. thanks to them we din feel bored and lost in kenting!

went taipei 101 on the last night then partyworld ktv which was one whole building. omg. very nice! and updated i mean the chinese songs. haha! they have this grading system that grades us everytime we finish singing!

and finally pack up and back to sg on 3rd june! sg ground temp was 29degrees karen and i almost fainted when we hear that! oh and we almost see gum jandi and gu jun pyo at the taipei airport!! but we had to rush for our flight so din see it. cus of the transit we had to leave earlier than yixuan but nvm we bought cosmetics at hk airport! :):)

IM GOING TO TAIWAN!!! kinda sound like WELCOME TO TAIWAN!

anw, yep going taiwan for 10 days!! ten ten ten ten... with yixuan christina and karen. yx and christina have to postpone their trip to one day later so karen and i will go 1st..sigh.

Nationals started! congrats junyang for making it to finals!! sorry im not very updated about the rest but congrats to those who got into finals too! today's interview was quite interesting tho. 1st was a general knowledge assesment test then a meeting, its like a case. and i met jill's friend and we became friends! hahaha.going to run this sat..

This week's quite boring...nothing much to do. Anw, i bought a long black bottoms yest! for my interview next week. haha.

I hope i can go on a holiday..was planning to go melbourne or taiwan with yixuan, see how much. right now they cost about the same. But i guess the lodging and eveything might be cheaper in taiwan? anw taiwan will be ten days! I'll have extra income this month :) cus we're taking over the SST sessions in sss so its additional income :) Today's wed, 2 more days then it'll be fri, then sat! It's like back to the old sch days when the only thing u look forward to is the TV show at night and weekends. haha..
 

good friday and singaporeans like us have nothing to do so we went down to sentosa where we saw many other singaporeans. hahaha.siloso beach was really too packed, so darren and i went to palawan and it was better just that silosa had more teenagers while palawan had more families. and we walked and walked and walked the whole day!! took many nice pics of the places in sentosa we dont usually go to. wanted to go underwater world but it was simply too ex!! waited 1+ hour for my turn to bathe how nice. and after that it was raining -.- then went ps to get darre's havaianas (: and we have matching ones!

 
 
 
  

sat went over to grandma house in the afternoon ytd, slacked around and we finally head off to my cousin's baby first year partyyyy. jun me karen sean sat in at tan's car and we blast the music! hahaha.and so we tried to overtake the other two cars, my uncle's one and my other cousin's one. but the car cant!!! hahah. and so met darren at 9, went clarke quay and we ate ice cream! then head off to acid bar, again! haha. but this time the singers were better looking.

and then ytd we tried to take a pic of the singers secretly, but they saw! haha, and the female singer said they're paparazzi trained.

 

YAY!

anw, yest was sss 5th anniversary and i was involved in passing the awards to the guest of honour, mark's father. it was quite tiring, to stand on stage for almost an hour and i cant fidget and stuff. haha, theres once i almost tripped. lucky no one saw it. anw, karen was helping me and sherlene film the whole mass dance and i would say the students danced well(:
anw they were so funny. when they're behind at the backstage they were all sleeping. and so i was wondering why they're so restless and sherlene told me since they're sports ppl its either they're active and doing sports and when they settle down they'll sleep. which seems quite true. hahaha.

sat going to darren's camp place then outing with pri sch friends! we managed to stay in contact for 7 years! and some even 12 years cus we knew each other in pri.1. but anw, looking forward to sat (:

today's work is quite slack, and as usual we gossip bout ____. haha! it super hilarious. the things ___ do and argue with us about. gotta relief class later at eleven then lunch and a test! so i cant go out for lunch :(

just 2 more days to application closing date..sian!!

anw, i just had some thai food and they're really good!! :)
Fri night i watched 12rounds,sat went to watch confessions of a shopaholic. hahaha. but fri was with darren's family and sat with darren. 12 rounds was good, in fact i think its nicer than confessions of a shopaholic. i think its more thrilling, even though i was quite tired. then went yongxin's house for steamboat!! super funny shibin kept losing to yongxin's brother in soccer. but anw we bought too much food we bought like 58bucks worth of food and could finish alot of stuff. haha. then played circle of death and drank champagne. it was very bitter. hahah. and moseswas such a gentleman! he left like half a cup of champagne while ruth already finished hersand has alr refilled hers with blackcurrent juice, so there was once when we put our glasses together for a photo and he went to swap drinks with ruth!! hahaha.

sunday we went to the cemetery. it was quite hot but all went well i guess. then my cousin fetched us to another cousin house and it was so fun in his car! we switched on ipod music and sang along, like karaoke! hahaha.

and then monday :( boring work life again. and another 4 more days to weekend..sigh!
